Our product development team ensures that each product is in full regulatory compliance with applicable laws, and we strive to go beyond compliance whenever possible. The product team participates in safety training and design hazard analysis, hazard avoidance, and risk reduction. Quality control practices are in place throughout the sourcing process. Regular factory audits are performed and AQL standards are in place for every item that is shipped. Our goal is to continually improve the consumer experience by interacting with products as they are manufactured, rather than wait until they are delivered. Our large portfolio of in-house and licensed brands span several categories, including health and wellness, electronics, home/office, and electronic pest control. Our graphic design team creates best in class packaging to ensure sell-in and sell-through. By focusing on key price points, hot items, trendy categories, and recognizable brands, our sales team understands what it takes to work with our retail partners to create programs with new and exciting items, which drive traffic to their stores.
