Dennis van Staveren

Dennis van Staveren is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HRS Process Implementation Specialist at Action since July 2025, where responsibilities include managing projects for standardizing and improving international HR and payroll processes within the global HR Services team. Prior to this role, Dennis was HR & Operations Manager at Badenoch + Clark from September 2017 to June 2025, where a central role was taken in overseeing diverse business processes and leading the rebranding transformation project across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Previous experience also includes serving as Business Operations Manager at Fairlane, a leading headhunter agency for the Dutch consulting industry, alongside earlier roles as a consultant and intern. Dennis holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Work & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and is currently pursuing further education at LOI.
