Mayya Antschel has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Mayya began their career as a Release Manager at Netwrix Corporation before transitioning to the role of Assistant to the VP of Engineering. In 2022, they moved to Action1 RMM and continued in the role of Assistant to the VP of Engineering.

Mayya Antschel attended Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University, Simferopol from 2001 to 2007, earning a Master's degree in Culturology and studying Economic cybernetics.
