Heather Peltack MA, BCBA

Heather Peltack MA, BCBA has over nine years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Heather Peltack began their career in 2012 as a Graduate Assistant at Caldwell University, providing individualized, scientifically based educational and behavioral services to learners with autism spectrum disorders. In 2013, they became a Behavior Analyst at Parsippany-Troy Hills School District and a Private Consultant at Behavior Analysts of New Jersey, LLC. In 2017, they joined LiftEd, Inc. as a School Engagement Director, where they worked to empower educators and related service providers to provide data-driven instruction and intervention. In 2019, they founded REAL Learning LLC, an ABA-based consulting company. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Head of Customer Success at Actionaly, where they work to create a "modern village" combining messaging innovation with great partners to deliver content and engagement with families.

Heather Peltack MA, BCBA holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013.
