Margaret Rodriguez

Margaret Rodriguez began their professional career in 2018 as an Employment Specialist with Catholic Charities Diocese of Metuchen. In this role, they provided case management and supportive services to program participants, completed progress reports, and assisted with daily operations and program initiatives.

In 2020, Margaret joined Rutgers University as a Contact Tracer. Margaret contacted individuals diagnosed with COVID-19, analyzed information, and made travel arrangements for executives of the New Jersey Department of Health.

During the same period, they also worked at the NJ Department of Health as a Regional Contact Tracer & Case Investigation Supervisor. In this role, they supervised case investigators and contact tracers, served as a subject matter expert, maintained contact information, conducted staff training, and ensured compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Margaret'smost recent position is with ActionIQ as a Sales Development Representative starting in 2022.
