Mike Tran

Mike Tran has a diverse work experience. Mike currently works as a Software Engineer II at ActionIQ since 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they served as a Technical Lead for an education simulation project funded by NFS and also worked as a Research Scientist conducting AI-ML research on SE problems. Mike utilized machine learning algorithms and frameworks to develop solutions. Additionally, Mike was a Teaching Assistant during their time at the university. Before that, they worked as an Intern at Sabre Corporation in 2015.

Mike Tran has a strong educational foundation in computer science. In 2014, they attended The University of Texas at Dallas and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2016. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, Mike attended Truman State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.

Recently, in 2021, Mike decided to further their expertise and enrolled in the Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree program at Udacity. Though the field of study for this program is not specified, it is safe to assume that it is related to machine learning.

In addition to their formal education, Mike Tran has also obtained a certification in Full Stack Web Development with React from the University of Helsinki in October 2020.
