Olivier Salmon is a Senior Solution Engineer for EMEA at Quantum Metric since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in pre-sales and technical account management across various technology companies. Previous roles include Director of Solution Consulting EMEA at NICE Ltd, where Olivier led pre-sales for Moxie, and Presales Consultant at Attraqt, focusing on the UK and North EMEA markets. Notable achievements include building an e-commerce demo site and integrating communication channels at Nexmo as the first Presales Consultant for the EMEA region. Olivier has also owned a company, held positions at Khoros and ServiceNow, and contributed significantly to technical support and sales efforts in earlier roles at Serena Software and Cegedim. Olivier holds a degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from the University of Montpellier.
