Tamara Gruzbarg has a strong background in data analytics and customer strategy. Tamara is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Strategy at ActionIQ, where they help G2000 companies connect their first-party customer data, orchestrate cross-channel campaigns, and measure incremental lift across all digital and offline channels. Prior to this, Tamara worked as the SVP of Data, Analytics, and Consumer Insight at Meredith Corporation, and as the VP of CRM and Analytics at Stuart Weitzman (acquired by Coach, Inc.). Tamara also held leadership positions at Gilt Groupe, Experian Marketing Services, JP Morgan Chase, and Citi, where they focused on data analytics and research. Tamara began their career as a Research Assistant at York College of the City University of New York and the World Bank / International Institute of Sociology.

Tamara Gruzbarg earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Sociology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, attending from 1990 to 1995. Tamara then pursued a Master's degree in Statistics at Columbia University from 1996 to 1997. Later, they attended Columbia Business School from 2004 to 2006, earning an MBA with a focus on Business.
