Ariel Fuentes

Ariel has been CFO of Actionline since 2011. He has extensive experience working at multicultural telecommunications companies. Versatile by nature, he is results oriented and directs the financial operations of the company with a view to ensuring optimal use of resources through reorganization and cost reduction.

He has degrees in Sales and Business Administration from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and has taken part in several prestigious seminars and postgraduate courses in cost analysis, price setting, budgeting and budget oversight at the UBA.

Between 1995 and 2002 he was Administrative Financial Director at Software del Plata, a company specializing in call centers and technical outsourcing. There, he led important processes such as the sale of the company’s shares to the Teleperformance group.

Between 2002 and 2011 he was the Administrative Financial Director for the Southern Cone for Teleperformance (Argentina and Chile), a leading company in customer contact services. There, he was responsible for managing economic and financial strategy, price policy and salary programs, among other areas.
