Fernando Pompei

Fernando Pompei has a diverse work experience across various companies. Fernando currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Actionline since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Commercial & Marketing - BPO & SaaS at Sercom from February 2018 to November 2023. At Sercom, they demonstrated expertise in strategic development, driving business verticals such as Contact Center, Digital Solutions, Credit Recovery, Marketing, SaaS, BPO, CX, and UX.

Before Sercom, Fernando Pompei worked at Kroton as a Professor and Mentor from July 2014 to August 2019, where they taught various subjects related to electrical engineering, production, computer science, and automation. Fernando also provided guidance and conducted research for the development of final thesis projects.

Fernando also gained experience at Oracle as an Executive Commercial - CX Solutions (Financial Market) from July 2016 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at Banco Santander as the Superintendent of Digital Channels and Innovation from May 2012 to June 2016, and previously as the Superintendent of Operations, Projects, and Information from 2009 to April 2012.

Fernando Pompei also has a background in the banking sector, having worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as the Superintendent of Relationship Channels, as well as the Executive Manager of Projects, Products, and Information. Fernando also served as a Contact Center Manager during their time at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in the early 2000s.

Fernando Pompei earned their Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie between 1997 and 2001. Fernando went on to pursue a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from the same university from 2002 to 2004. In 2005 to 2007, they completed an MBA in Project Administration at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
