Rogério Domingos is Chief Talent Officer. With a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, Rogério has more than 10 years of experience, during which he led operations setup and talent acquisition for top brands such as Natura, PEPSICO, Heineken, Claro, Souza Cruz, AMBEV, BV Financeira and SUMUP.

He has vast experience in organizational development, trade union relations, remuneration, culture and leadership, talent attraction and retention and is familiar with every HR routine, workplace safety and medicine, and internal communications. This experience was acquired in multinational companies, with a focus on innovation, process change and development of projects and systems promoting operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Likewise, Rogério has ample experience in system analysis, development and implementation for HR and process change, involving the operational and cultural aspects of such change.
