Mike McKell

Mike M. has over 18 years of work experience in the sales and business development field. Mike began their career in 2002 as an Account Manager at Reed Business Information - Travel, where they sold Features and Advertorial material into two Bi-Monthly B2B Travel Titles and was responsible for classified advertising fulfilment and delivering budget on a bi-annual Travel Directory- the Traveltrade Yearbook. In 2004, they moved on to Forty Two International - Campaign Master as a Business Development Manager, where they sourced and developed new business within NSW by helping leading organisations plan and execute opt-in marketing activities. In 2007, Mike was appointed as the Director of Business Development at IBISWorld UK, where they successfully launched and led the UK start-up sales team by providing market research solutions to UK's sophisticated Enterprise clients. In 2013, they joined Salesforce as an Enterprise Account Executive and Professional Services Sector Lead, and in 2015, they took on the role of an Enterprise Sales Director and Customer Experience at Qualtrics. In 2016, Mike became the Country Manager A/NZ at Big Squid, Inc., where they were responsible for P&L and Team accountabilities. In 2018, they joined InfoTrack AU as Vice President Sales - Smokeball USA (an InfoTrack Group Company), and then took on the role of Head of Account Management. In 2020, they became Regional Director - APAC at Litera Microsystems, and in 2022, they were appointed as Vice President, Australia & New Zealand and Regional Director - Australia & New Zealand at Actionstep.

Mike M. attended the University of Technology Sydney from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Mike has also attended Miller Heiman for The New Strategic Selling, SPIN Selling for Solution Selling, Solution Selling - Mike Bosworth, RSVP Selling for Complex Selling, and Challenger Sales for How To Take Control of the Customer Conversation.
