Carmen Berbegal Roque has extensive experience in various sectors, notably as the Actiu Corporate Responsibility and People Manager. Carmen has been instrumental in overseeing the restructuring and cultural transformation process at Actiu. In addition, Carmen holds key positions in organizations such as Cátedra de Cultura Directiva y Empresarial UPV, Universidad de Alicante, Fundeum Ltd, and ASOCIACION DE LA EMPRESA FAMILIAR DE ALICANTE (AEFA). Carmen also has a background in international project management and business development.
