Jesse Lafreniere

Jesse Lafreniere is currently serving as Associate Branch Manager and Account Manager at Activar Incorporated since January 2024. Previously, Jesse worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner from September 2019 to June 2023, focusing on gathering specifications and translating them into user stories for development teams. Prior to that, Jesse held the position of Business Analyst/Product Owner at Optum from September 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities included building outbound contact solutions and training users. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Lead Manager at UnitedHealthcare from September 2013 to September 2015, where Jesse established a call center for top-tier service to brokers. Jesse graduated from Unity High School with a High School Diploma in General Studies in June 1994.
