Philip Waddup MRICS CIWFM DMS serves as the Group Director of Property, Environment and Sustainability at Activate Learning since October 2013. Prior experience includes roles at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College as Group Director of Property and Environment and Director of Property and Environment between August 2004 and September 2013. Prior to that, Philip worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Atkins from November 1992 to September 2004, and held positions at Oxfordshire County Council as Building Officer, Jewson Ltd as Technical Consultant, and GDA Architects Ltd as Architectural Technician. Philip began their career at Westbury Brown Partnership - Architects and Surveyors in a similar technician role from June 1986 to May 1990. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from Birmingham City University.
