Cortney Newell

Cortney Newell is a Senior Director of Development at Activate, where Cortney drives philanthropic revenue growth and coordinates overall revenue growth strategy across all funder types. Prior to that, Cortney worked as a Fundraising Consultant, Emergency Program Coordinator, Research Consultant, Humanitarian Program Manager, and in various other roles in the nonprofit sector. Cortney holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Development Practice from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia.
