Tara Shapiro

Tara Shapiro began their work experience in 2005 at GDS International, where they held multiple roles including Director of MeettheBoss.com and VP of N.A. Events. In 2008, they moved on to UBM Tech, where they served as Strategic Account Director for Dell and later became the Director of Event Sales. In 2013, they joined Penton as a Strategic Sales Director and shortly after that became a Strategic Account Director at Activate Marketing Services, LLC. In 2019, Tara Shapiro co-founded the Alana Faith Chen Foundation and currently serves as its President.

Tara Shapiro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from The New School.
