Ron Morganelli

Ron Morganelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Active Day of Norwell since July 2016, Ron is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic plan and overseeing overall performance and daily operations. Previously, Ron held the position of Executive Director and Owner at CareWell Health Group, LLC from February 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities included strategic planning and business management. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Client Service/Project Officer at Boston Financial Data Services, as well as leadership positions at Evergreen Investments and BNY Mellon, focusing on operations and project management. Educational credentials include a Project Management Master’s Certificate from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from UMass Boston.
