Lea Yeo

Lea Yeo is an engaged student leader at Georgetown University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with double majors in Psychology and Government, along with a minor in Justice and Peace Studies. Currently serving as Rush Chair and VP of Standards, Diversity, and Inclusion for Kappa Alpha Pi, Yeo is also involved with the Georgetown Prison Outreach Initiative as a tutor and as part of the political advocacy and educational events teams. In the role of Operations Lead at Georgetown University Residential Living, responsibilities include overseeing summer housing inspections. Additionally, Yeo acts as Board Commissioner for the Georgetown University Student Activities Commission, Treasurer on the Advisory Board for the Center for Social Justice Research, Teaching & Service, and President of Active Minds, Inc., promoting mental health awareness. Previous positions include development and fundraising roles with the Body Positive Alliance, Chief Financial Officer at Happy Swimmers USA, and Director of Education for the Georgetown University ACLU.
