Michael Clement has over 13 years of experience in the field of operations and quality management, primarily with Active Minerals International, where roles have included General Manager of Operations, Operations Manager, and Quality Manager since October 2010. In these positions, Michael has been responsible for managing the Quality Management System and has played a key role in achieving and maintaining ISO:9001 certification. Prior to this, Michael gained experience as a Manager Trainee and Mechanic/Sales Associate at Magic Cycles from February 2006 to August 2010. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology and an Undergraduate Certification in Geographical Information Systems from Appalachian State University, completed between 2005 and 2010.
