Geping Zhang

Geping Zhang has a diverse work experience in both scientific and accounting roles. Geping is currently working as a Scientist II at Active Motif since June 2021. Previously, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Mesa Biotech, Inc. from August 2020 to April 2021, where they performed tasks related to PO invoices, vendor reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Kros-Wise, Inc. from November 2019 to April 2020, handling project accounting and reconciliation tasks. Geping also worked as a Staff Accountant at GSI Service Group, Inc. from November 2018 to November 2019, where they gained experience in general ledger accounting, costing accounting, and corporate taxing. Geping started their career as an Accounting Intern at AlloSource® from April 2018 to October 2018. Before transitioning to accounting, Geping worked as a Scientist at Avidity LLC from October 2013 to June 2016, and as a Research Associate at the University of Colorado Denver from March 2005 to October 2013.

Geping Zhang completed a Master's degree in Accounting at the University of Colorado Denver from January 2016 to December 2017. Prior to that, Geping Zhang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Nanjing Agricultural University. Furthermore, Geping Zhang holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biochemistry from China Agricultural University.
