Carol Day

Carol Day has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Carol started their career at the YMCA in 1999, where they worked as a Fitness Instructor and Coach until 2007. In 2007, they joined Club One as a Program Manager, and later progressed to the role of Senior Program Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to Active Wellness, where they held various positions including Senior Wellness Manager, Regional Account Manager, Regional Director of Management Services, and their current role as Regional Director of Operations. Carol has demonstrated expertise and growth in the wellness and management field throughout their career.

Carol Day attended San Jose State University from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in criminal justice with a focus on Criminal Justice and Corrections. Carol then transferred to American InterContinental University and studied from 2005 to 2007, specializing in Criminal Justice and Corrections to complete their degree in Criminal Justice.
