Stanislav Karmyšov

Stanislav Karmyšov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and international cooperation, currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Project Manager at AY Institute since December 2018. In this role, Karmyšov oversees multilateral partnerships and manages capacity-building projects centered on youth and non-formal learning, contributing to sustainable socio-economic development. Prior to this, Karmyšov was a Project Coordinator at Asociación Mille Cunti, implementing the Erasmus+ project focused on youth participation. Karmyšov's career in the insurance industry began at Aviva, where responsibilities included managing digitization projects and claims administration. Karmyšov holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Uniwersytet w Białymstoku and a Professional Bachelor of Business Management from Vilniaus Kolegija, along with further education from The University of Queensland and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
