The Partner Growth Manager will join an international partner sales team, and oversee the relationship, retention, and growth of some of ActiveCampaign’s top revenue-generating partners. You will be assigned a book of business to manage upon arrival and will educate, engage, and motivate new and existing partners. You will enable these partners to sell, grow, and succeed with ActiveCampaign’s suite of solutions.
What your day could consist of:
- Be the lead relationship manager for a group of named channel partners and grow the revenue impact of your book of business
- Liaison with the Partner Community and Advocacy team on campaigns, engagement, and nurturing
- Develop expertise in ActiveCampaign’s platform and solutions to be able to coach, support, and challenge your partners to grow
- Develop a deep understanding of the partner’s business and recommend ActiveCampaign’s features and functionality that will best enable them to meet their and their client’s objectives
- Design and implement strategies and processes to maximize partner revenue and increase overall partner satisfaction to minimize churn and identify cross-sell, up-sell, and growth opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to ensure the partners needs are being met; coordinating with technical support, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams
What is needed:
- 5-7 years of experience in SaaS customer success or account management with a strong preference for MarTech channel sales
- Previous experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting
- Passionate about providing an exemplary partner experience and building mutually beneficial and lasting relationships
- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective service and selling strategies
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Desire to serve as the voice of the partner and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all ActiveCampaign channel programs
- Demonstrated ability to deal with rapid change and be a strong team player
- Ambitious, consistent, and willing to try multiple avenues to achieve goals
- A professional interested in gaining or growing experience in the high-demand field of channel partner management
