Alaina Rogacki

Alaina Rogacki has five years of work experience. Alaina started their career in 2013 as a Corps Member at Teach For America, where they participated in a rigorous training program and taught in a summer school program. In 2014, they became an English Language Teacher at American Promise Schools. In 2015, they joined Quicken Loans as an Executive Client Care Specialist. After three years, they moved to Rocket Mortgage as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2020. Currently, Alaina is employed at ActiveCampaign as a Software Engineer II.

Alaina Rogacki completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Middle Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, Alaina has obtained various certifications, including "Etiquette & Productivity" from Slack in July 2021, "Building High-Performance Teams," "Human Resources: Pay Strategy," "Performance-Based Hiring," "Recruiting Foundations," and "Working with Upset Customers" from LinkedIn in April 2017. Alaina also completed the "ALICE Training" certification from the University of Cincinnati in April 2014, and obtained First-Aid and CPR certifications from the National Safety Council in May 2014. Alaina also holds an Ohio Teaching Certificate from the Ohio Department of Education, obtained in 2014.
