Cristiana Lage

Cristiana Lage has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Cristiana is currently working at ActiveCampaign as a Regional People Business Partner. Prior to this, they were a Regional HR Operations Manager at Velocity Global, LLC from October 2020 to October 2021. Before that, they served as an HR Manager at Minerva Foods from January 2018 to January 2020, where they were responsible for various HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, training, and labor relations. Cristiana also worked as an HR Business Partner at Sandvik from February 2011 to December 2016, where they focused on process mapping, HR services satisfaction, and team development. Cristiana began their career as an HR Assistant at Coca-Cola FEMSA in 2010 and gained HR experience through an internship at ESAB from 2009 to 2010.

Cristiana Lage pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2005, they enrolled at Universidade FUMEC - Oficial and completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2010. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Fundação Dom Cabral to study Business Administration, specializing in Business Management. Lastly, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on People Management and People Analytics at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
