Damian Amaya has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Damian is currently working as the Product Director for eCommerce & Growth at ActiveCampaign since July 2022. Damian played a crucial role in launching new products in the US, Colombia, and Mexico, achieving market leadership and managing regional profit and loss (P&L). Damian started their career at Alamaula.com as a Product Manager from January 2010 to June 2011. Damian managed product development on the supply side, focusing on sellers, while also scaling growth on the demand side, making Alamaula.com the number one player within a year. Damian led the implementation and go-to-market strategies for the first checkout and advertising platforms.

Prior to their roles at eBay and Alamaula.com, Damian worked at PRstore as the Head of Product from October 2007 to January 2010, where they led the go-to-market strategies for a team of 20 product analysts, designers, and web developers. Their contributions led to a 2X increase in revenue through the consistent delivery of new products on time and within budget. Damian also held the position of Product Manager at PRstore from April 2007 to September 2007, where they successfully built a new multi-million dollar lineup of digital marketing products, including a website CMS, email platform, social campaign manager, content marketing planner, SEM/SEO, and casual games.
