Fionnuala Walls

Fionnuala Walls has a diverse work experience in customer success, support, campaign execution, and web development. Fionnuala is currently employed at ActiveCampaign as a Customer Success representative. Prior to this, they worked at Wildbit from 2020 to 2022 in a similar role. Before joining Wildbit, they were employed at Campaign Monitor as a Support Specialist from 2012 to 2020. Fionnuala Walls also worked at CACI as a Campaign Executive in early 2012 and at Monitor Media as a Web Developer from 2009 to 2012.

Fionnuala Walls attended St Mary's Grammar School Magherafelt from 1996 to 2001, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Fionnuala later attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a BSc (hons) degree in Multimedia Systems.
