Kallie McConkie

Kallie McConkie has extensive work experience in customer success, training, and leadership roles. Kallie is currently a Member at Chief, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, Kallie worked at ActiveCampaign as the VP of Global Services, Director of Customer Success, and Manager of Customer Success. Kallie also served as a Customer Success Leadership Council Member at Sales Assembly. Kallie's earlier career includes positions at HubSpot as a Customer Training Team Manager and a Principal Customer Training Specialist. Kallie also worked at EnerNOC as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, and at Constant Contact as a Content Developer and Training Specialist. Additionally, Kallie was an Outreach and Technology Coordinator/AmeriCorps Member at Social Capital Inc., and held various roles at Michigan State University Physical Plant Division, InWEnt, and Be Spartan Green Communications Team.

Kallie McConkie studied Communication, Public Relations, and German at Michigan State University. Kallie obtained a degree in Communication from the university. In addition to their formal education, Kallie also obtained several certifications from HubSpot, including Inbound Sales Certification and multiple HubSpot Certifications.
