Katie Gabriel

Katie (Kerr) Gabriel is an experienced professional in customer success and marketing, currently serving as a Principal CX Representative at ActiveCampaign since August 2017. In this role, Katie has developed strategies to maximize customer value and minimize churn, while mentoring new team members. Previous positions at ActiveCampaign include Strategic Customer Success Manager and Senior Onboarding Specialist. Prior to that, Katie worked at Trunk Club, where significant personal sales and client relationships were established. Additional experience includes internships in healthcare marketing and collegiate marketing roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and a study abroad experience at University of Galway.
