In 2017, they worked as a Customer Success Specialist at Snapsheet Inc. Kevin then joined Intercom in 2018 as a Sales Development Representative, where they achieved quota and contributed to over 1.1 Million ARR. Kevin utilized Salesforce, Guru, Intercom, and other tools to understand customer pain points and explain the benefits of the Intercom platform.
