Rodrigo Dias

Rodrigo Dias has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and management.

Rodrigo is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at ActiveCampaign since 2022.

Prior to that, they worked for CNG Holdings, Inc. from 2013 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for evaluating and estimating requirements, participating in integration testing, mentoring software engineers, conducting employee reviews, and recruiting new employees. Rodrigo also worked with technologies such as AWS Lambda, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and various databases.

Before joining CNG Holdings, Inc., Rodrigo worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Stal IT from 2009 to 2012, where they designed and developed applications using Java/J2EE and BPM solutions. Rodrigo also worked on Google Maps API development.

Rodrigo started their career at Moxy Knowledge Management in 2009 as a Web Developer, where they were involved in requirements analysis, project planning, and control using technologies such as Java, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.

Rodrigo also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Concrete Solutions from 2006 to 2008, and at XL Solutions from 2004 to 2006.

Rodrigo Dias began their education in 1995 at Lemos de Castro, where they pursued a degree in Técnico em Eletrônica, specializing in Eletronica. Rodrigo completed this program in the year 2000. In 2001, Dias enrolled at Universidade Veiga de Almeida, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, completing their studies in 2005. After a gap in education, in 2009, Dias attended the Royal Brisbane Institute of Technology, where they earned a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
