Samuel Lakes

Samuel Lakes has a diverse work experience in data engineering and software engineering. Samuel currently works at ActiveCampaign as a Data Engineer, starting in November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Intuit from 2018 to 2020, where they held the role of Data Engineer. At Intuit, they were responsible for designing and implementing automated ETL data pipelines, as well as developing an auditing framework to comply with CCPA standards. In 2018, Samuel worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Intuit, where they designed and implemented a data parity tool for the migration from Oracle databases to Amazon Web Services. Before joining Intuit, they worked at Digital Democracy as a Software Engineer from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they led the development of a semi-autonomous system and developed Drupal modules to enhance the front end of DigitalDemocracy.org.

Samuel Lakes obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
