Mikayel H. has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2014. Mikayel began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at AIESEC before taking on the role of Recruitment Campaign Lead and then Director of Marketing and Communications within the organization. Mikayel then worked as a Campus Ambassador for Charles University with Career Days.

Mikayel H. started their education journey in 2008, where they attended the PhysMath School after Artashes Shahinian for their secondary education. Mikayel then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance at Charles University, which they completed in 2018.

In 2017, Mikayel took part in an Erasmus+ Exchange Semester at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, where they had the opportunity to broaden their academic experience. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a certification in "Introduction to R for Data Science" from DataCamp.

Building on their undergraduate degree, Mikayel continued their studies at Charles University and pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Finance, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
