Carol Marshall has held various roles in the automotive industry since 1997. Carol began their career at AutoNation, Inc. as a National eCommerce Field Operations Manager and then as a National Manager eCommerce Field Operations. In 2006, they became the Owner/Sales and Training Manager of WEICHERT REALTORS, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage company. In 2008, they joined Mazda North American Operations as a Sales Process Manager in the Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Department. Most recently, they worked at ActivEngage, Inc. as Chief Operations Officer, Director of Chat and Client Services, Vice President Operations, and Vice President Customer Support & Chat Operations.

Carol Marshall began their educational career at Andalusia High School and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Troy University in 1990.
