Michael Cooper

Michael Cooper is an experienced professional in workforce optimization and operations management. Currently serving as Delivery Director at ActiveOps since January 2017, Michael has been instrumental in implementing cloud-based solutions for back-office efficiency. Previously, as Program Director at TD from September 2010 to June 2015, Michael oversaw the Operations Management Principles program, successfully deploying software and methodologies to enhance the capabilities of over 400 managers for a workforce of nearly 1,800 employees. Michael also managed a retail contact center at The South Financial Group from September 2004 to September 2010, leading a team in customer service and sales efforts. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Denison University, awarded in 1996.
