Samuel Mullen has a diverse work experience spanned over several companies and roles. Samuel started their career as a Programmer at Serious ISP in 2003 and later worked as a Sr. Programmer at Multiservice in 2004. In 2005, they worked as a Contract Programmer at both TEKsystems and Technisource. During this time, they developed online surveys, maintained websites, and worked as a primary Perl developer for Bayer Crop Sciences.

In 2006, Mullen joined Andrews McMeel Universal as a Software Developer, where they primarily worked on the development of the GoComics.com gadget for iGoogle. Samuel continued working for Andrews McMeel Universal until 2010, gaining experience in project management and web development.

From 2010 to 2011, Mullen worked as a Developer at Databasically, Inc, where they employed their software development skills. Subsequently, they established their own company, Mullen, LLC, working as an Independent Software Developer and collaborating with various clients in different industries until 2018. During this period, they developed expertise in Ruby on Rails and iOS app development and contributed to the success of their clients' businesses.

In 2013, Mullen founded their own SaaS product, Mesa, which aimed to provide powerful ERP solutions for the asphalt and concrete industries. Samuel worked on this project until 2016, gaining experience in product development and managing customer projects.

Mullen then joined Spartan Race, Inc. in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer. Samuel played a crucial role in improving data collection, designing modern APIs, and transforming the company's database to incorporate sales, orders, and registration data. Samuel left Spartan Race, Inc. in 2019.

In 2019, Mullen joined ActiveProspect as a Senior Engineering Manager, initially responsible for managing the TrustedForm team. Samuel then transitioned to Engineering Manager for LeadConduit, where they led initiatives such as consolidating teams, upgrading applications, and hiring frontend developers. In 2022, they took on the role of Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing LeadConduit and LeadsBridge projects, organizing the engineering department's offsite and upgrading LeadConduit's ElasticSearch database.

Throughout their career, Mullen has showcased their technical expertise, project management skills, and ability to implement innovative solutions and improvements.

Samuel Mullen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Leadership and Administration from Calvary University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued Computer Technology at Purdue University from 1994 to 1997, although they did not receive a degree in that field.
