Gil Nayot

Gil Nayot is a seasoned professional in private equity and technology investments, currently serving as a Board Member for ActiveState, PathFactory, and Dejero, as well as a Partner at VERTU Capital, which focuses on late-stage technology businesses in Canada. Nayot's extensive experience includes a role as Director at Informatica and Senior Principal in Private Equity at CPP Investment Board, alongside prior positions at Lake Capital and Bain & Company.
