Lisa Melchior

Lisa Melchior is the Founder and Managing Partner of VERTU Capital, a private equity fund focused on growth stage technology investments in Canada, a position held since January 2017. Additionally, Lisa serves as a Board Member at ActiveState and a Chairperson for Dejero and PathFactory. Previous board roles include a Board Member position at Real Matters and Chairperson for Firmex. Lisa's extensive experience includes serving as Managing Director of OMERS Private Equity, where leadership of the North American Technology group was a key responsibility. Lisa holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Western University.
