Shing-Hoi Lau

Shing-Hoi Lau is a User Researcher at Activision since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading telemetry and tools for the User Research team, developing data visualizations and dashboards for telemetric feedback across various titles, including Call of Duty: Vanguard. Previously, Shing-Hoi Lau served as an Associate Researcher at Volt from July 2019 to November 2021, conducting over ten UX user research studies for games such as Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Vanguard.
