Emma Chadwick has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 2009, at the Ambassador Theatre Group, they worked as a Customer Service Assistant. In 2011, they became the Owner of ECM Marketing & Consultancy, where they provided consultancy, sales, and marketing services for companies looking to export their products outside of the UK. Emma worked as a Project Manager at Kit for Kids Trading LLC in Dubai from 2017 to 2021, where they led several teams, including the sales and marketing teams. In 2021, Emma worked as a Welcome & Service Assistant at Kedleston Hall, National Trust, where they welcomed visitors and promoted the work of National Trust. Currently, Emma is a Project Officer at Activity Alliance since 2023.

Emma Chadwick attended Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College from 2005 to 2007 and earned A Levels in English Language and Literature, Information Technology, History, and Law. Emma then attended Staffordshire University from 2007 to 2010, earning a BA in English Literature and Journalism. In 2020, Emma earned a certification in project management from The Open University, and in 2023, they obtained another certification in introducing the environment: ecology and ecosystems from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a shorthand certification from the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ) in 2007.
