Manish Mehta's work experience includes various leadership roles in the payroll and executive search industries. Manish is currently the Regional Director of Payroll Operations at activpayroll. Prior to this, they were the Global Practice Leader for Healthcare & Lifescience at Kestria. In 2001, they co-founded CnetG Asia - Executive Search and served as the Managing Partner, specializing in local recruiting and global talent consulting. Manish also co-founded Propay Partners in 2001, where they served as the Co-Founder & Business Director, developing comprehensive payroll and employee mobility solutions. Manish Mehta's earlier experience includes roles at IRC Global Executive Search Partners and HSBC, where they held positions in leadership and personal banking.

Manish Mehta's education history starts in 1991 when they attended the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Manish pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, completing their studies in 1995.
