Evgenia (Evi) Voulgari has a wealth of experience in electronics design engineering, research, and doctoral studies. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Technical Student at CERN. In 2011, they were a Research Assistant at the National Technical University of Athens. Evgenia (Evi) then began their doctoral studies in 2012 at EPFL, where they were a Doctoral Student at the Electronics Laboratory (ELAB). During their doctoral studies, they also worked as a Research Fellow at CERN, where they designed and characterized the UTOPIA 1 and 2 chips in AMS 0.35 um technology. Evgenia (Evi) then moved to EPFL (\u00c9cole polytechnique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne) in 2018 as an Analog Design Engineer, where they designed and characterized the ANTIGONE ASIC for the CONVERGENCE project related to energy efficient sensor networks for future wearables. Evi currently works as an Electronics Design Engineer at ActLight SA, which they began in 2019.
Evi Voulgari obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microsystems and Microelectronics from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) between 2012 and 2017. Evgenia (Evi) also holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering- Power conversion, Electronics and Biomedicine from the National Technical University of Athens, which they obtained between 2004 and 2011. In addition, they have obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management in September 2018, and a Habilitation Electrique - Person making Tests in Labs or on Test Bench - Initial in June 2015.
