Alexis Desiree Lua has over 10 years of work experience in the engineering industry. Alexis Desiree began their career in 2011 at Claudius Peters Projects GmbH as a Territory Sales Manager, Sales Manager Packing & Dispatch Technology, Sales Engineer Silo/Pneumatic, and Proposal Engineer Silo/Pneumatic & Stockyard Technology. In 2012, they joined Claudius Peters Technologies S.A. as a Proposal Engineer Stacker & Reclaimer Technology. In 2019, they became the Director Global Business Development at Christian Pfeiffer Maschinenfabrik GmbH and in 2022 they were appointed as the Global Director of Strategic Accounts at actnano, Inc.

Alexis Desiree Lua attended Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus in Engineering.
