Tooba Shoaib

Tooba Shoaib has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to 2022. Tooba began their career as a Processing Lab Intern at Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited, Kohinoor Maple Leaf Group in 2011. Tooba then worked as a Research and Development Intern at Unilever in 2012. In 2013, they joined Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO) as a Technical Expert. In 2016, they became a Graduate Student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 2021, they moved to Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Currently, they are a Sr. Scientist (Product Development) at actnano, Inc.

Tooba Shoaib attended the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Tooba then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2021.
