Christine Nelson

Christine Nelson is a seasoned professional in product development with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist in Product Development at McCormick & Company since May 2023, Christine previously held several positions at Mars, including Senior Product Development Scientist and Product Development Scientist from June 2018 to May 2023. Prior experience includes work at Wrigley as an Associate Product Development Scientist and Rotational Associate, as well as a Summer Intern role at the same company. Christine began the career at Galloway Company as a QA, R&D Intern. Academically, Christine holds a Master of Science in Product Design and Development Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
