William Zegers is currently the General Director/Owner at Acto Informatisering since 1991. In 2014, William took over the company through a MBO and initiated an innovation program with colleague Willem Verhoef to establish the future ecosystem. Prior to this role, William held various positions at the Ministry of Defence from 1983 to 1991, specializing in communication, sonar, command center, and central computer systems while sailing on ships such as Jan van Brakel and Tromp. William holds a Master's degree in software engineering and has undertaken multiple training programs between 2000 and 2018.
