Jessica Sharpenstein is a multifaceted professional currently serving as a Teaching Artist at the Actors Theatre of Louisville and StageOne Family Theatre, where contributions include facilitating theater education and music direction for youth. With extensive experience in education, Jessica held the position of English Teacher at Jefferson County Public Schools, focusing on arts-integration for multilingual learners, and developed a mindfulness program at Fairdale High School to enhance student well-being. As the Owner of Sharpenstein Health Coaching, LLC, Jessica specializes in well-being topics and breathwork facilitation.
