Ajay Saini

Ajay Saini has a comprehensive work experience in the field of engineering, specifically in the air conditioning industry. Ajay currently holds the position of System Engineering Manager at ActronAir since December 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior System Engineer at ActronAir from February 2020 to December 2021. Before joining ActronAir, Ajay worked as a Project Engineer for New Product Development at ActronAir from July 2018 to February 2020. Ajay began their career as an R&D Design Engineer at ActronAir, where they worked from June 2011 to July 2018.

Ajay also has experience working at other prominent companies in the industry. Ajay worked as a Sr. Engineer at LG Electronics from October 2010 to June 2011. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr. Engineer at Blue Star Limited from December 2006 to September 2010. Ajay started their professional journey as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. for a brief period from June 2006 to December 2006. Ajay also underwent industrial training at Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (I) Ltd. for a six-month period from June 2005 to December 2005.

Ajay Saini completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Refrigeration & Airconditioning from YMCA University of Science & Technology, Faridabad. Ajay attended the university from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma, in June 2023.
