Erica L. Richardson

Erica L. Richardson, M.S. PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., Erica has also held positions such as Corporate Director of Human Resources and Northern Division Human Resources Director within the same company. Prior to this, Erica was the Director of Human Resources at Cadia Rehabilitation Pike Creek. Erica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, both from Wilmington University, completed between 2012 and 2016.
